Responsibilities for Jr. Assistant Purchasing Agent include but are not limited to:
• Review, validate, and process fixture requests for client's store locations
• Administer end-to-end fixture ordering lifecycle, including pricing validation, PO creation, revisions, cancellations, and closure in Oracle
• Coordinate with Fixture Purchasing Agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders to obtain costs, approvals, and delivery confirmations
• Manage order fulfillment for construction and special projects, ensuring timelines and requirements are met
• Administer fixture roll-out programs for new and existing fixtures, including planning, execution tracking, and issue resolution
• Create and maintain purchase orders and item records using Oracle and More4Apps templates
• Monitor vendor performance, follow up on shipments, and resolve delivery or supply issues
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from field teams regarding fixture availability, pricing, lead times, and order status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Stores, Construction, Accounting, and Home Office departments) to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Assist with maintaining fixture item descriptions, pricing, and database accuracy
• Run and analyze Oracle reports to support the Fixture Buying and Planning teams
• Support invoicing processes, including obsolete product invoice and issue resolution with Accounting
• Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and documentation requirements
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, vendor communications, and project documentation
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency in fixture ordering and tracking
Candidates for Jr. Assistant Purchasing Agent must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Good organization
• General retail knowledge
• Ability to multitask
• Oracle experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 2-3 years in retail or customer service strongly preferred

• Shift: Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM (Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remote the rest of the week)

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $25.53 per hour
