Test Technician (Manufacturing)

We’re looking for a hands-on **Test Technician** to join our manufacturing team! You’ll **set up, run, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and software-based tests** , troubleshoot failures, analyze data, and help improve production processes.
What You’ll Do:
+ Operate and maintain production test equipment
+ Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on test failures
+ Collaborate with engineers to improve test methods
+ Calibrate instruments and maintain accurate documentation
+ Train operators and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
+ 2–5 years of manufacturing test experience
+ Hands-on experience with **oscilloscopes, multimeters, automated test equipment, or LabVIEW/Python**
+ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
+ Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings
+ Safety-conscious and familiar with ESD procedures

**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
