Position Description
Position Summary: The Right of Way Analyst, Records supports the Land & Right of Way (ROW) Records Department in all aspects of land records management, including the preparation, analysis, maintenance, data input, processing, and storage of both new and legacy documents, agreements, and rental obligations.
This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment. This role reports directly to the ROW Manager.
Responsibilities:
+ Analyze, prepare, and input new documentation and agreements (leases, easements, permits, and rights of way) into the company database "ROWDMAP."
+ Assist Land & ROW team members with project and day-to-day records research.
+ Review, analyze, and process new contractual land and right of way agreements and documents.
+ Receive, prepare, submit, and track land and ROW agreements and documents for recording.
+ Enter and maintain electronic records (documents and images) in company databases.
+ Perform general administrative duties including typing, copying, filing, and scanning.
+ Support team members in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
Requirements:
+ 2–4 year college degree preferred; verifiable work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
+ Minimum of 1 year performing various aspects of land records functions.
+ Minimum of 3 years in customer service-related activities.
+ Ability to read maps and understand legal descriptions.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Physical Demands:
+ Occasional light lifting of records storage boxes (1–10 lbs).
Additional Information:
+ The successful candidate will be required to clear a drug screen and a complete background check after an offer has been extended and prior to being employed.
