    Project Description:

    The Marketing Office, within the Brand & Reputation team is seeking an intern to support efforts in aligning content and messaging across ETS’s marketing channels. This internship is ideal for a strong communicator with a keen eye for content consistency, audience engagement, and brand voice. The intern will help audit, map, and coordinate messaging across key campaigns and properties—ensuring harmony between what ETS communicates on web, email, social, paid media, and beyond.

     

    This role will offer exposure to enterprise-level brand strategy, campaign execution, and storytelling across the funnel. The intern will work closely with content strategists and channel teams to contribute to ETS’s content alignment goals and support critical cross-channel initiatives.

    Project Objectives:

    + Content & Messaging Mapping: Identify and document current messaging across key products or initiatives to surface inconsistencies and misalignments across channels.

    + Cross-Channel Audit: Evaluate how messaging appears in various touchpoints—web pages, email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, etc.—and assess gaps or duplication.

    + Content Calendar Integration: Support alignment of upcoming messaging themes across internal content calendars to improve coordination and reduce redundancy across teams.

    + Brand Voice & Tone Consistency: Help ensure content reflects ETS’s brand guidelines and positioning across platforms.

     

    Expected Outcomes:?

     

    + A messaging map or alignment matrix that highlights cross-channel content opportunities and inconsistencies.

    + Recommendations or quick wins for improving consistency in voice, tone, and messaging hierarchy.

    + Participation in content planning meetings and exposure to cross-functional campaign strategy.

    + Enhanced understanding of brand strategy, editorial process, and omni-channel communication best practices.
