    Job Title: Architectural Drafter/Project Coordinator

    Job Description

    Join a well-established General Contractor and Architectural firm in Fort Worth, TX, specializing in industrial and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter/Project Coordinator to support our current Architect in drafting and design responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in architectural drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist the Architect with drafting and design tasks.

    + Coordinate with various disciplines and consultants to ensure project alignment.

    + Produce high-quality drafts and designs for industrial and commercial projects.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

    + Strong coordination and production abilities.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with industrial, office space, warehouse, or pre-manufactured projects.

    + Familiarity with project coordination, construction, design, and BIM.

    Work Environment

    The office consists of over 10 people, including an Architect, several Construction Managers, and ownership. We offer a hybrid work schedule of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, promoting work-life balance.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
