    Architectural Designer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our Corporate/Commercial Studio. This role supports our Corporate Interiors/Commercial studio and requires strong Revit documentation skills, a thorough understanding of the architectural process from concept to construction, and a proactive, creative approach to design.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead design projects through all architectural service phases.

    + Emphasize code understanding and interpretation during all phases of design.

    + Create and manage construction documentation and technical detailing.

    + Collaborate effectively within small, team-based environments.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

    + 8-10 years of experience in commercial design projects.

    + Proficiency in Revit.

    + Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical drawing.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in BIM 360, InDesign, and Enscape preferred.

    + Experience in healthcare is a plus.

    + Registration is a plus.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ardmore, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67/hr.
