    About the Role

    Join a leading manufacturer of large-scale industrial machinery and play a key role in designing, developing, and installing advanced electrical and control systems. You’ll be involved in every stage of the process—from concept design to on-site integration—working on projects that push the boundaries of engineering innovation.

    What You’ll Do

    + Design and develop electrical control systems for complex industrial equipment.

    + Program PLCs and HMIs, primarily using Allen-Bradley platforms.

    + Create electrical schematics and layouts using AutoCAD.

    + Support project proposals, schedules, and technical presentations.

    + Specify electrical hardware and apply motion control systems.

    + Write and test PLC, motion control, and operator interface software.

    + Provide on-site commissioning and integration support.

    + Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to ensure technical objectives are met.

    + Stay current with emerging technologies and design practices.

    Required Skills

    + Allen-Bradley PLC programming and commissioning experience.

    + Strong knowledge of industrial automation and controls.

    + Electrical design expertise and familiarity with HMI programming.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drafting.

    + Motion control hardware application experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with large-scale machinery or heavy industrial systems.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Moline, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $70.00/hr.
