    Responsibilities

    + Contribute to the preparation of technical documents and drawings.

    + Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts.

    + Engage in design and planning studies.

    + Collaborate with project teams to solve technical issues.

    + Participate in internal project team meetings and contribute to discussions.

    + Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.

    + Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of relevant experience in an architectural practice.

    + Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino.

    + Strong design and visualization skills.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Licensed Architect.

    + Experience or interest in mission-critical projects.

    + Experience with construction documents and administration.

    + Project management skills.

    Work Environment

    This role is based in a supportive 70-person firm focusing on life sciences and mission-critical projects in the Dallas office. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.     This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
