    Job Title: Project Manager – Large-Scale Boat Storage Facility Construction

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of a large-scale boat storage facility. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience managing complex commercial construction projects from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead all phases of construction, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

    + Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

    + Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

    + Provide regular reporting on project status, costs, and milestones.

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

    + Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

    + Strong understanding of structural systems and site development.

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with storage facilities or similar large-scale commercial projects.

    + Knowledge of permitting and environmental compliance processes.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
