Welder – MIG & TIG (Custom Stainless Steel Enclosures)

**Location:** Glencoe, MN

**Shift:** 1st Shift | Mon–Thu: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM | Fri: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM

_(Optional OT: Mon–Thu until 4:40 PM)_

**Pay:** $24-30/hr BOE

About the Role

We’re looking for a **skilled Welder** to work primarily on **MIG welding (80%)** and occasionally **TIG welding (20%)** custom stainless steel enclosures. This is **custom production work** —not repetitive assembly—where every project is unique.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel enclosures.

+ Work from blueprints (basic reading required).

+ Grind, finish, and polish welds to achieve a **Grade 4 finish** .

+ Assist in fabrication during slower periods.

What We’re Looking For

+ Proficiency in **MIG welding** and some **TIG welding** experience.

+ Skilled in working with **stainless steel** .

+ Ability to grind, finish, and polish to a high standard.

+ Basic blueprint reading skills.

+ _(Experience with mild steel, flux core, fitting, and structural welding is a plus!)_

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glencoe, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
