    Job Title: Warehouse Support Specialist** **Job Description

     

    The Warehouse Support Specialist will be integral in supporting daily operations at our warehouse. This role involves filling orders for customers picking up products and ensuring orders are accurately tracked for delivery. With the upcoming upgrade to SAP inventory software, additional support is required to maintain order accuracy. The role includes operating a stand-up forklift, picking approximately 17 product lines per hour, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and repeating these tasks throughout the day.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull orders using RF scanners.

    + Write up tickets for customers.

    + Enter inventory into SAP software.

    + Load and unload trucks.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of experience with SAP inventory software or similar inventory software.

    + 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving area.

    + Experience interacting with clients and customers.

    + Experience operating a stand-up forklift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must have stand-up forklift experience.

    Work Environment

    This position is based in a warehouse environment equipped with forklifts and loading docks for customer and driver access. Employees will interact with customers and handle any disputes. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 4pm to 12:30am, with opportunities for overtime. There are no certification, DOT, medical, or licensing requirements, and no PPE is necessary.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JESSUP, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
