Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong understanding in warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for staging inventory for aircraft parts, palletizing materials, and transporting them using sit-down forklifts. Accurate inventory management is crucial, as you will handle products valued between a quarter of a million to three million dollars. This position involves lifting up to 50 lbs and requires teamwork to ensure precise data entry.
Responsibilities
+ Stage inventory for aircraft parts.
+ Palletize materials and transport them using sit-down forklifts.
+ Maintain accurate inventory counts within our system.
+ Assist team members in ensuring correct data input.
+ Handle materials that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in materials handling, logistics, and order selection.
+ 3-5 years of warehouse and forklift experience.
+ 3-5 years of shipping/receiving and inventory management experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proficiency in Excel.
+ Experience working in distribution.

Work Environment
You will work in a warehouse environment where professionalism is key, with work pants and boots required due to customer visits. The regular shift is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
