Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated maintenance technicians to perform a variety of duties, customizing belts and rubber components to meet customer specifications either in-house or at a customer site.
Responsibilities
+ Fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belting, systems, and other rubber products.
+ Install and vulcanize lightweight and heavyweight conveyor belting.
+ Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies; maintain stock area and prepare sales orders.
+ Pick up orders, stock, and supplies as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical aptitude and skills.
+ Experience with conveyor systems and conveyance.
+ Proficiency in mechanical assembly and fabrication.
+ Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of mechanics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Valid Driver's License.
+ High School Diploma.
+ Willingness to travel and work long hours.
+ Background in automotive, aircraft, trade schools, or as a mechanic.
+ Ability to lift 75+ lbs.

Work Environment
The role is based in a non-climate controlled shop with required travel within the state of Texas during the contract period. All travel expenses are covered, and a per diem is provided when direct. The role offers a dynamic environment with hands-on work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
