Job Title: 3rd Shift Operator** **Job Description
Join our team as a 3rd Shift Operator, where you will perform basic assembly and machine loading of materials for printed circuit board technology. You will be responsible for the basic set-up and operation of automated solder machines to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Perform basic assembly with Through-Hole Pin Connectors.
+ Set-up and operate automated equipment using basic computer literacy skills.
+ Recognize and interpret customer and internal prints, work instructions, and materials documentation.
+ Apply IPC inspection knowledge for part placements, solder inspection, and handling of printed circuit boards and components.
+ Conduct final assembly inspections and handle both PB and PB-Free PCAs.
+ Complete other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Demonstrated ability in basic assembly with Through-Hole Pin Connectors.
+ Basic computer literacy for equipment setup and operation.
+ Knowledge of IPC inspection standards.
+ Ability to stand for 10 hours straight.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ GED or Diploma required.
+ Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
+ Soldering experience is beneficial but not required for entry-level.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and casual environment as part of a company focused on electronic car components and lighting fixtures. Train on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3 pm for three weeks before moving to the 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 am. Enjoy the convenience of a location with bus lines nearby, making transportation easy.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
