Job Title: Inventory Specialist** **Job Description

As an Inventory Specialist, you will support the manufacturing, shipping, and repair teams by receiving, maintaining, transacting, and delivering inventory. You will also process inventory orders, perform cycle counts, and conduct root cause analysis of discrepancies during the production cycle counting processes.

Responsibilities

+ Process inventory orders and perform cycle counts.

+ Conduct root cause analysis of discrepancies during production cycle counting.

+ Manage material movement using visual tracking to ensure material availability.

+ Support manufacturing by replenishing parts.

+ Perform root cause analysis and determine countermeasures for simple problems.

Essential Skills

+ At least 2 years of experience in inventory, ideally with a manufacturing company.

+ Proficient in using ERP systems and strong MS Office skills.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Experience with forklift operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in inventory management, SAP, and inventory control.

+ Background in manufacturing.

+ Forklift certification is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled environment with a shift from 9:30 am to 6 pm. Availability for Saturdays may be needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
