    Job Title: Production Worker (Weekend)

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and assign daily work schedules and expectations for the shift.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe plant environment.

    + Ensure employees are trained in safety, quality, job skills, and company policies.

    + Oversee equipment maintenance and safety checks.

    + Assemble coils using MicroChannel extrusions, fins, and headers.

    + Stack tubes and fins according to production order requirements.

    + Measure and monitor fin quality and specifications.

    + Perform pressure testing on coils and record results.

    + Prepare coils for brazing furnace and install fittings as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + 2+ years of general labor experience.

    + Verified good attendance record.

    + 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience (certification provided).

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in shipping, packaging, assembly, and machine operating.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.15 - $24.15/hr.
