What You’ll Do

As part of our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing the schedule and technical quality of assigned engineering tasks.

* Building familiarity with client expectations, scope, budget, and timelines.

* Identifying and communicating scope and design changes promptly.

* Supporting startup activities and coordinating work with other team members and discipline leads.

* Producing detailed deliverables such as: Installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries, connection diagrams, cable schedules, control panel layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans.

What We’re Looking For:

* Electrical design experience for semiconductors, data centers or mission critical systems.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multi-discipline team.

* Experience with Revit and MV design strongly desired.

* Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering

* At least 6 years of engineering experience of building electrical systems

* At least one year of design experience for semiconductors, data centers, or mission critical facilities

* Experience with power system software (preferably ETAP)

* Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) & IEEE standards

* Understanding of electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Ideally, you’ll also have:

* Medium Voltage (MV) design experience

* Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Team leadership and client interaction experience
