Job Description (General Summary)
Intralox LLC, is seeking an Office Clerk / Administrative Support team member to join our Customer Service Department. We are looking for an individual who is professional, organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and a strong critical thinker. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service department's Workforce Management scheduling and assisting with a variety of additional administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities
+ Maintaining Workforce Management Scheduling (WFM) within Customer Service
+ Distribution of incoming/outgoing mail to Customer Service daily.
+ Maintain meeting rooms, replace supplies, clean dry erase boards, stock drinks, etc...
+ Provide back-up support for our receptionist area on a daily basis.
+ Additional general miscellaneous office duties.
+ Provide back-up support for the promo room.
Requirements
+ High school diploma
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in an office/clerical/administrative role
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Must be extremely organized, possess a positive attitude and a high energy level.
+ Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing projects accordingly.
+ Experience in MS Office.
+ Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work well as part of a team.
+ Dependable with stable work history
