As a Senior Mechanical Engineer on our New Product Development (NPD) team, your ideas will move from concept to real-world solutions that optimize businesses worldwide.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Lead design and development from concept to launch, shaping the future of industrial automation

+ Take ownership of full-cycle projects: scope, timeline, and deliverables

+ Design, build, and test innovative mechanical and electromechanical systems using advanced tools (SolidWorks preferred)

+ Engineer and evaluate system performance through experiments and data-driven testing

+ Build, qualify, and continually refine custom test equipment

+ Collaborate across functions including R&D, manufacturing and business development, drive brainstorming and design reviews

+ Communicate progress, risks, and results across multidisciplinary teams

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

+ 5 years hands-on engineering experience

+ Proven expertise in 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Pro-E, Inventor, etc.)

+ Exceptional mechanical design and prototyping skills

+ A builder’s mindset: eager to test, learn, and improve—quickly
