As an Electrical Engineering Specialist, you’ll work on mission-critical projects for cutting-edge industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, research facilities, and other state-of-the-art manufacturing environments. Your expertise will help enable the heart of our clients’ business.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the schedule and technical quality of electrical engineering tasks on high-profile projects.
* Develop detailed designs such as: Installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, control panel layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans.
* Provide support during startup, coordinate across disciplines, and assist with construction.
* Collaborate directly with clients, owners, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
* Work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents.

* Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
* Professional Engineer (PE) license
* At least 15 years of experience in engineering design of building electrical systems
* At least 4 years of electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission critical facilities
* Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
* Experience with UPS and EPMS systems
* Experience with generator sizing and paralleling
* Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
* Team leadership and client interaction experience
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Project lead experience
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
Ideally, you’ll also have:
* Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
* Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center and/or mission critical facilities
* Medium Voltage (MV) design experience
