What You’ll Do:

* Take ownership of the schedule and technical quality of your assigned tasks.

* Learn client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule—and communicate design changes promptly.

* Produce installation details, single-line diagrams, electrical room layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans.

* Provide on-site assistance during startup and coordinate activities across disciplines.

* Apply your knowledge of electrical engineering principles while building expertise in company processes and client standards.

What We’re Looking For:

* Expanded knowledge in electrical engineering and eagerness to grow into higher-level responsibilities.

* Ability to solve problems using established procedures and collaborate effectively with discipline leads.

* Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and electrical design standards is a plus.

* Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering

* At least 3 years of building electrical systems engineering experience

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Tempe, AZ

Ideally, you’ll also have:

* Engineer in Training (EIT) certification

* Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software

* Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas

* Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multidisciplinary teams

* Passionate about buildings and construction
