We’re looking for an experienced **CNC Programmer and Machinist** to join our team and take ownership of complex setups, precision machining, and high‑quality production. If you thrive in a hands‑on environment and enjoy solving technical challenges, this role will give you plenty of room to shine.

Key Responsibilities

+ Set up custom parts, fixtures, and tools for job‑specific applications

+ Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers

+ Program and adjust machining controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, depth of cut, and other machining factors

+ Retrieve, input, and edit CNC machine control data to ensure accurate and efficient operation

Skills & Qualifications

+ 4+ years of CNC mill setup experience in a production or job‑shop environment

+ Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings

+ Strong understanding of tolerances, sequencing, and machining best practices

+ Proficiency with manuals, specifications, and sample parts to determine machining requirements

Experience Level

+ Expert‑level machinist and programmer with a proven track record of precision and reliability

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
