Now Hiring: Machine Operators – 2nd & 3rd Shift (York, PA)

**Pay:** $18–$22/hr

**Shifts:** 2nd & 3rd Shift (Training on 1st Shift for 4–6 weeks)

What You’ll Do

+ Operate digital-controlled machinery to produce high-quality wire products.

+ Load raw materials, feed wire through machines, and remove finished products.

+ Perform machine adjustments, setups, and basic troubleshooting.

+ Conduct preventative maintenance and keep accurate production records.

+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

+ Operate a forklift (training provided).

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience:** 2+ years in machine operation or industrial setting.

+ Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot.

+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Basic math and measurement skills.

+ Welding and forklift experience a plus (we’ll train if needed!).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
