    We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead and manage a mega-scale infrastructure program of significant strategic value. This role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complexity while driving innovation in program management practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for program delivery.

    * Set vision, goals, and strategies while comfortably dealing with ambiguity and change.

    * Oversee program controls and effectively manage scope, schedule, and budget adherence for all key tasks and assignments.

    * Advocate for ethical and safe working practices across all program activities and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

    * Drive innovation in program management methodologies to achieve marketplace differentiation.

    * Identify high-risk areas and proactively implement measures to ensure successful outcomes.

    * Contribute to talent development strategies, including workforce planning and resourcing for critical program components.

    * Manage and understand multiple contracting and funding approaches and effectively utilize internal and external resources.

    * Assess long-term trends and disruptive forces in infrastructure, addressing emerging challenges and opportunities.

    * Lead initiatives for skill development and capability building to support program execution.

    * Attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent within the program management team.

    * Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building partnerships and consensus while navigating cultural and political interests. while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

    * Promote strong communication practices, foster cooperation, and resolve conflicts.

    * Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.

     

    This is an opportunity to lead one of the most significant infrastructure programs in the industry, shaping the future of transportation and leaving a lasting impact.

     

    * P.Eng or equivalent combination of education and extensive experience.

    * Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role managing large-scale programs.

    Ideally You'll Also Have:

    * 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles overseeing major or mega-capital infrastructure programs.

    * Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects and achieving strategic objectives.

    * Degree in architecture, engineering, or project management preferred; equivalent diplomas with substantial experience considered.

    * Expertise in navigating complexity and driving innovation in program management for mega-capital projects.

    * Recognized industry leader with a strong professional network and influence in capital infrastructure project management.

    * Ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that empowers teams to excel.

    * Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure development, including alignments, facilities, and system design.

    * International experience and interest in global locations.

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
