Job Title: Journeyman Machine Repair

Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

+ **This is a direct hire position.**

+ Shift: 3rd shift is from 11:00pm-7:00am Monday through Friday.

+ Working Saturdays

+ Pay: $39.37 + 0.50/hr. (Premium)

+ Company provides uniforms and tool allowance.

+ Techs will get $350 their first year and $500 after that.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves a combination of electrical and mechanical work, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance with a 60/40 split, focusing more on electrical tasks.

+ Utilize industrial electricity knowledge to troubleshoot from wiring diagrams and blueprints.

+ Apply general electric skills such as installing conduit, outlets, and troubleshooting electrical mechanical motor controls.

+ Diagnose and repair hydraulic circuits and mechanical drive systems, including gears, sprockets, chains, belts, bearings, and rollers.

+ Perform general fabrication tasks such as welding, torching, machining, piping, and threading.

+ Execute repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and systems.

+ Assist in advanced troubleshooting and maintenance across the plant.

+ Maintain accurate preventative maintenance records.

+ Provide support for the daily maintenance of automated equipment.

+ Perform tasks based on dispatched service or daily/weekly schedules.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oregon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.87 - $39.87/hr.
