    Job Description

    The Test Monitor, reporting to the Engineering Test Manager, will support the Testing Department by overseeing active engine test operations during shifts. This role requires maintaining safety, responding to emergencies, and securing the facility at the end of each shift.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor engine tests to identify potential failures and safety concerns.

    + Respond promptly to emergencies by shutting down tests following safety procedures.

    + Execute end-of-shift shutdown procedures by properly securing the test cell.

    + Ensure the facility is secure by setting the alarm system and locking the building.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in machine operation and test monitoring.

    + Ability to adhere to established safety procedures.

    + Capability to respond to emergency situations effectively.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general production and packaging is advantageous.

    + Ability to maintain focus on routine and potentially monotonous tasks.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
