    Job Title: Welder – Join Our Growing Team!

    Shifts Available:

    + **First Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    + **Second Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

    + (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends with notice)

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for **skilled welders** to join our dynamic pre-fabrication shop team! You’ll play a key role in building modular unit frames using **MIG and fluxcore welding** on steel. No aluminum or stainless steel—just solid steel work in a fast-paced environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform **MIG and fluxcore welding** on steel components.

    + Read and interpret **blueprints** to ensure precision.

    + Execute **flat and horizontal welds** , with occasional vertical welding.

    + Maintain **AMP control and tolerances** for strong, clean welds.

    + Cut materials, measure accurately, and use grinders for finishing.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Proficiency in MIG and fluxcore welding** .

    + Ability to **read blueprints** and follow wire diagrams.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude with solid math and measuring skills.

    + Comfortable lifting **50+ lbs repeatedly** .

    + Own and know how to use **basic hand tools** .

    Bonus Skills:

    + TIG/Stick welding experience

    + Fitting experience

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericksburg, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
