What You’ll Do:

+ Assemble boxes and package products for shipment.

+ Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

+ Operate and monitor production line machinery.

+ Perform quality checks and report any issues promptly.

+ Assist with machine cleaning, changeovers, and inspections.

+ Work closely with your team to maintain efficiency and uphold company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Experience in packaging, production, or assembly line work.

+ Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality control.

+ Familiarity with inventory management and machine operation.

+ 1–2 years in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Petersburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr.
