General Production Worker – Shelbyville, IL (All Shifts)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. As a General Production Worker, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Opportunities are available across all shifts.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

+ Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications

+ Perform routine quality checks to ensure compliance with standards

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

+ Assist with material handling and inventory as needed

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts

+ Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pana, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
