    Job Title: HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. You will work in a dynamic environment with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional overtime or weekend on-call requests. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems at client sites.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation, with a strong preference for commercial experience.

    + Proficiency in diagnosing and working on AC, Mini Splits, Boilers, and Heat Pumps.

    + Install and service commercial HVAC systems on existing client sites.

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems and building automation systems.

    + Read and interpret blueprints during new build projects.

    Work Environment

     

    This role involves active, hands-on work both indoors and outdoors. You should be comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout your shift, as well as working on ladders and in semi-confined spaces. The ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly is required. Technicians will work on live, functioning client sites and must be comfortable working independently or as part of a team!

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
