Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description
Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate, working on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality of products by maximizing efficiency and maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
+ Maximize piece-rate speed on assigned tasks.
+ Accurately set up machines using proper setup techniques.
+ Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are securely in place.
+ Monitor board quality, checking for loose liner, warp, dimensions, caliper, and any other defects.
+ Report quality problems to the operator and sort as necessary to maintain machine operation.
+ Work at a pace set by the machine operator.
+ Be willing to work on any part of the line of progression to the operator, regardless of shift.
+ Help operators adhere to production schedules and report any unusual scheduling issues.
+ Complete necessary reports accurately and timely, including Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, and Quality Data.
+ Submit equipment work orders to supervision for repairs and proactively maintain equipment.
+ Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and good housekeeping.
+ Maintain reliable attendance as an essential duty of the job.
Essential Skills
+ Machine operation experience
+ Experience in manufacturing, production, and quality assurance
+ Ability to conduct quality inspections
+ General labor skills

+ Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr.
