    Machine Operator – $25–$28/hr

    **Location:** Omaha, NE

    **Pay:** **$25–$28/hr** based on experience

    **Shifts:** Multiple shifts available

     

    This is hands‑on machine work in a heavy industrial shop. If you’ve got mechanical ability, shop experience, and want steady work with solid pay, this is a good opportunity.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate production equipment including burnisher, straightener, saw, and buffer.

    + Perform welding repairs on tube seam splits.

    + Use forklifts, overhead cranes, and plate blasters.

    + Move material throughout the shop as needed.

    + Perform preventative maintenance on assigned machines.

    + Keep production running safely and efficiently.

    + Help wherever needed to meet production goals.

    What You Need

    + Machine operation or general manufacturing experience.

    + Mechanical skills with hand tools, grinding, fabrication, and welding.

    + Ability to read a tape measure.

    + Able to pass forklift certification.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

    + Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, industrial environment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley, NE.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.99 - $28.13/hr.
