    Construction Laborer – $18–$27/hr | Start ASAP

    A well‑established construction company in Omaha is hiring **Construction Laborers** who are ready to work now. This is hands‑on, physical work supporting large job sites. If you’ve got construction or general labor experience and want steady work, this job gets you on site fast.

    What You’ll Do

    + Set up and tear down equipment and jobsite systems.

    + Load, unload, and move materials and tools.

    + Operate and maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses, and related equipment.

    + Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance.

    + Keep jobsites, yard, and shop clean and organized.

    + Complete required paperwork per company procedures.

    What You Need

    + Experience in construction, utility work, or general labor.

    + Comfortable using hand and power tools.

    + Able to read a tape measure.

    + Valid driver’s license.

    + Able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

    + Willing to work long hours in all weather conditions.

    Nice to Have

    + Strong mechanical skills.

    + Experience hauling, setting up, or maintaining jobsite equipment.

    + Comfortable in fast‑paced, physical work environments.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
