Job Title: Material Staging** **Job Description

This role involves managing the flow of inventory within a warehouse setting. The primary responsibilities include tracking inventory as it is received and dispatched, with the use of SAP software being advantageous but not mandatory. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and involves cross-training in areas where parts tracking is essential, ensuring timely processing using Microsoft Excel. Candidates will engage in significant computer usage and need to navigate stairs while handling parts.

Responsibilities

+ Track inventory as it enters and exits the warehouse.

+ Utilize SAP software to manage equipment records, if applicable.

+ Cross-train in parts tracking to ensure timely processing.

+ Use Microsoft Excel for data management, including functions like filters.

+ Engage in heavy computer usage for inventory tracking.

+ Physically manage parts, including walking up and down stairs with items.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and management.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Experience in shipping and receiving processes.

+ Computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with warehouse inventory management.

+ Familiarity with SAP software is beneficial.

+ Experience working with work orders.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a warehouse environment where employees will be on their feet for the duration of an eight-hour shift. There are multiple shifts available: 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; 6th shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM; 7th shift from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; and 8th shift from Friday to Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Opportunities exist to work extra hours during the week to reach a full 40-hour workweek for those on the 7th and 8th shifts, requiring a consistent, set schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
