    Job Description

    Schedules and prepares pre-surgical appointments and instructions for patients.

    Job Responsibility

    + Obtains all necessary documentation.

    + Schedules pre and post operative appointments

    + Communicates operating time, place and instructions to patient.

    + Prepares patient chart for physicians' review before surgery.

    + Responds to patient inquiries related to surgery.

    + Acts as liaison between the patient, facility and physician regarding the surgery.

    + Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.

    Job Qualification

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

    + Healthcare experience highly preferred.

    The salary range for this position is $36980-$55690/year
