Job Description
Coordinates day-to-day activities of assigned behavioral health program. Functions as a team leader to interdisciplinary healthcare team. Oversees quality of care, patient experience, clinical and financial performance. Ensures program compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains quality standards
Job Responsibility
1.Coordinates day-to-day activities of assigned behavioral health program.
2.Participates in program planning and evaluation as well as implements and monitors program policies, procedures, and treatment modalities to facilitate optimal effectiveness.
3.Coordinates program structure including scheduling of admission of new patients, therapy sessions, activities, and vocational services to chemically dependent clients.
4.Monitors expenditures to ensure operations are within budgetary limits, oversees the ordering of program supplies from purchasing and ensures development of care standards, and effective plan for delivery of care within the clinic.
5.Ensures compliance with hospitals and regulatory agencies pertaining to patient care and medical records.
6.Monitors and evaluates referral, admission and discharge activities as well as reports on performance, justification and/or corrective action as well as coordinates training for program staff to foster optimal therapeutic interaction with patients.
7.Ensures program compliance with government and agency regulations
8.Maintains program documentation in accordance with internal and external guidelines and maintains databases and generate necessary reports.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and related experience, required. Master's Degree, preferred.
Current NYS License to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMCH) OR Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) if working in an OASAS approved addiction clinic, required.
Current License to practice as a Psychologist in New York State, preferred.
Specialized certification(s), as needed.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $70470-$116870/year
