    Semester: Summer 2026

     

    Position Summary & Purpose: Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our After Sales Engineering team. Under direct supervision/guidance, organizing, updating, and maintaining engineering documentation for newly designed or modified products, processes, or materials.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of documentation including drawings, manuals, specifications, and project report

    + Audit existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

    + Assist in the documentation of control system retrofit and upgrade projects, ensuring accurate and timely updates

    + Collaborate with engineers to gather and organize technical information for documentation

    + Identify opportunities for process improvement within the After Sales documentation and workflow programs

    + Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency and accuracy

    + Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress

    + Review new and existing writings of manuals and documentation, adding supplemental materials as required

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Basic understanding of engineering documentation and technical drawings (preferred)

    + Ability to learn new software quickly
