    What You Bring

    + Extensive import/Nissan repair experience

    + Proficiency in flat-rate compensation, plus production bonus potential

    + ASE or Nissan Master Certification preferred

    + Strong diagnostic and repair skills

    + Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

    + Minimum age: 18; high school diploma or equivalent

    Your Responsibilities

    + Diagnose and repair Nissan and import vehicles to factory standards

    + Road-test vehicles to ensure repair quality

    + Document all work accurately—services, parts, hours logged

    + Maintain personal tool inventory

    + Collaborate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed

    Compensation & Earning Potential

    + Flat-rate pay, with bonus potential tied to productivity

    + Master Technicians at Nissan nationally earn between $57K–$82K/year, with medians around $68K–$74K

    + Top performers, especially in high-volume shops, can earn even more—some exceed $100K+ annually when efficiency and output are strong
