Arrow Electronics | Reno, NV
**Shift:** 8:30 AM – 5:00 AM, Monday–Friday.
**Hourly Rate:** $27.00 USD
**Hourly Pay:** up to $29.50 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
**Overtime:** Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Arrow Electronics is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our fast-paced electronics repair and processing facility. What You'll Be Doing:
+ **Labor Management:** Oversee labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are consistently met.
+ **Reporting:** Generate and analyze daily and weekly quality and production reports to identify areas for improvement.
+ **Employee Support:** Assist team members through training, problem-solving, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
What We Are Looking For:
+ Entry-level role with limited prior relevant training or work experience.
+ Requires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
+ Work is prescribed and completed with minimal autonomy, adhering to established procedures.
+ Operates under close supervision or clearly defined guidelines.
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; for warehouse-specific roles, at least 5 years of experience is required.
+ **Skills:** Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
