    Position Overview

    As a Customer Experience Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of our business, with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. This immersive program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and leadership exposure needed for long-term career growth. If you're energized by learning, solving problems, and making a positive impact, this is your opportunity to be part of something bigger.

    Rotational Assignments

    + Customer Relations (1.5 months): Engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

    + Inside Sales (1.5 months): Learn the art of sales, build client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

    + Quality Assurance (1 month): Manage cases and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

    + Logistics (1 month): Gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, including inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.

    + Warehouse Administration (1–2 weeks): Learn operational aspects of our warehouse, from order fulfillment to inventory control.
