    The Job:

    As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools and Outdoors team working as a Hybrid employee. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The **Sr. Program Manager – Group Data & Process** is a key team member of the Program Management office reporting to the Program Management Office Site Lead of the Pro Electrified Products Design Center. This position manages New Product Development Data Governance and Process Control for all programs within our portfolio. The Sr. Program Manager – Group Data & Process is also capable of expanding process development and communications management beyond our design center via strong partnerships with cross-functional global teams.

    You’ll get to:

    + Data & Processes New Product Development Focus: Leveraging cross-functional knowledge of New Product Development methodologies to effectively manage data collection, coordinate project reports & agendas and recommend appropriate decisions.

    + Integrates the latest best practices into the Pro Electrified Design Center Program Management Office – both from internal system upgrades and external technology frontiers.

    + Partner with the Brand and Product Execution to drive prioritized NPD funnels and optimized resource models.

    + Collaborates with cross functional team to develop timing and action plan for data management and structures.

    + Collaborates with cross functional team to develop SharePoint repositories and communications best practices

    + Maintain clear and concise documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

    + Facilitate notifying and training the program management team on required cadences for data maintenance related to individual projects.

    + Drive updates to product development metrics through alignment with key stakeholders and the analytics team managing dashboard development. Applies technical knowledge and understanding to day-to-day decision making.

    + Guides development of technical project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans

    + Supports cross-functional teams to work seamlessly across boundaries of company, culture, and geography for successful project execution.

    + Leads collaboration efforts across organization to leverage best practices, expertise and shared resources.

    + Assures alignment between R&D and finance on capital spend within guidelines of established project budget.

    + Prepares project status and communicates risks to leadership with proper level of detail and recovery plans.

    + Challenges and provides constructive mitigation strategies.

    + Runs efficient meetings by establishing cadence and techniques.

    The Person:

    + 7+ years of experience in **New Product Development** preferred

    + **3+ years of experience in a Data Centric Environment leadership role preferred**

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related field.

    + Consumer & Professional Goods: New product development experience

    + Experience in personnel management.

    + Strong focus and proven ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments.

    + Demonstrated familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g., Critical Path).

    + Demonstrated familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and production planning.

    + Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes.

    + Logical and creative problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Uses financial information and analysis to support fact-based business decisions.

    + Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

    The base pay range for this position in Maryland is 77,600.00 - 139,700.00 USD Annual per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
