About the role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As the head of Marketing Operations functions for the 60Hz
market, you will guide your team through the commercialization process for all
new and updated products. You will help define the go-to-market strategy,
educate and inform both the Sales teams within Siemens Energy as well as the
target customers around the world.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ **MajorModernizations and Upgrades** coming out of engineering need to betranslated from technical changes to a quantifiable benefit for thecustomer. This allows our salespeople as well as the end customers tounderstand how to offer as well as how to justify purchase of our keyproducts
+ **Engineeredproducts** represent fixes can improve operation or maintainability ofour various units and components. With these offerings we againcommunicate the changes and benefits to our sales as well as the endcustomers that are applicable.
+ **ProductWarnings** represent potential hazards to either the site or the peoplelocated at site. Siemens Energy takes these seriously and after informingvarious stakeholders within the company we then communicate directly inwriting to the applicable customers.
+ **Enablesales success globally** by creating impactful content and training thatempower teams to articulate value and impactful customer bulletins whichare delivered directly to the installed base. Also support tracking ofimpact for upward communication within Sales Operations globally.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent
+ 10+years combined experience in either the power generation industry or asimilar technical industry related to Marketing, Sales or anotherCommercial Role
+ Experiencewriting executive level summaries to position business value and customeroutcomes
+ Stronginterpersonal and presentation skills
+ Outstandingverbal and written communication skills
+ Projectmanagement, engineering, or field service experience is a plus
+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
About the Team
Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power
generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power
generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and
digitalization of the fleet.
