    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree required

    + 10+ years of professional experience in technology

    + 5+ years in data architecture, enterprise architecture, or related data management roles

    + 5+ years of experience in cloud data environments (AWS or Azure)

    + 3+ years in a leadership position

    + Deep expertise in data modeling, database design, and cloud platforms

    + Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks

    + Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

    Responsibilities

    + Own and execute a multi-year enterprise data architecture roadmap aligned to business priorities

    + Define and govern architectural plans for data governance, lineage, quality, privacy, and security

    + Translate business, analytics, and AI needs into scalable data architecture designs

    + Ensure data platforms support advanced analytics, AI/ML, and self-service reporting

    + Define and enforce enterprise data architecture principles, patterns, and standards

    + Provide architectural oversight for major data initiatives and solution reviews

    + Lead and mentor a team of data architects, setting clear expectations and ensuring quality outcomes

    + Partner with business leaders, analytics teams, and technology stakeholders to understand data needs

    + Collaborate with application owners and platform architects to ensure designs are scalable and sustainable

    + Monitor and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines for performance and reliability
