Full-Time Clinical Manager / Lab Assistant – Nursing Education Location: Allentown, PA (On-Ground Position)

Join our dynamic nursing education team as a Full-Time Clinical Manager / Lab Assistant at our Allentown campus. In this leadership role, you will support the clinical operations of our Practical Nursing program, ensuring high-quality learning experiences, regulatory compliance, and student success.

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and manage clinical site partnerships, including securing contracts and maintaining strong professional relationships.

+ Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

+ Collaborate with faculty and clinical site liaisons to support effective clinical learning environments.

+ Recruit, hire, onboard, and evaluate clinical faculty; support their professional development and performance.

+ Schedule clinical instructors and students for clinical rotations and lab experiences, ensuring appropriate coverage and continuity.

+ Monitor and support student progress in clinical rotations and laboratory skill development.

+ Maintain nursing lab environments, including oversight of equipment, supplies, and inventory.

+ Enforce school policies and clinical site requirements; serve as a resource for faculty and students.

Supervisory Responsibilities

+ Directly supervise assigned clinical instructors.

Required Qualifications

+ BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing program.

+ Current, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license.

+ Minimum 2 years of clinical education experience.

+ At least 3 years of hands-on nursing experience (excluding teaching roles).

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clinical sites.

+ Compliance with required immunizations and CPR certification.
