Job Description
We are seeking an **RPG Developer.** This position is a comfortable fit for a person with wide-ranging mainframe experience. The RPG Developer will be required to guide specific tasks, from gathering and understanding business requirements, through creating necessary source system programs, system testing and then implementation.
This is a salaried position and is remote. Candidates must be based in the US.

What You'll Do
+ Maintain and enhance applications that are already in production
+ Able to interact with the user community; gather requirements
+ Programming, troubleshooting, enhancing applications that are already in production
What You'll Need
Required:
+ 5+ years experience with RPG ILE, RPG SQL, and CL programming
+ Ability to read and program in Free Form RPG IV as well as traditional RPG IV
+ 5+ years experience in RPG SQL programming, and creating SQL tables and queries on IBMi
+ Knowledge of DDM (Distributed Data Management) programing techniques
+ Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision
Preferred
+ Experience using IBMi Navigator for database analysis
+ Experience with MKS Implementer a plus
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$68,000 - $70,000 per year
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
