What You Will Do
+ Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
+ Analyze financial performance and identify trends to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
+ Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and strategic initiatives.
+ Prepare and deliver clear, visually branded financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
+ Improve forecasting methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability of financial projections.
+ Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify savings opportunities and optimize expenses.
+ Ensure compliance with accounting principles and corporate policies, supporting audits as needed.
+ Partner with business teams to influence decisions and achieve financial and functional goals.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related financial role.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
+ Experience with ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Power BI.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
+ Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting practices.
**Work Arrangement:** Hybrid – on-site in Portage, MI three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
