What You'll Do
We’re seeking a proactive Data Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in managing and maintaining our engineering documentation processes. This position is perfect for someone passionate about keeping processes running smoothly while contributing to the overall efficiency of engineering operations. If you love working with data systems, engineering documents, and helping teams stay organized, this is the role for you!
+ Document Management: Seamlessly organize, manage, and release important documents using our Data Management System (DDM).
+ Data Integrity Oversight: Conduct data integrity checks and ensure accuracy and completeness of engineering documents, drawings, and specifications.
+ Process Ownership: Monitor the approval cycle to ensure timely release of documents and updates.
+ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality assurance, and other departments to support organizational goals.
+ Technical Expertise: Use computer-assisted drafting software (CAD) and other engineering tools to provide documentation and design support.
+ Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining processes, training new users, and optimizing document workflows.
+ Customer Interaction: Access customer-specific portals and assist with data uploads as required.
+ Ongoing Learning: Analyze engineering sketches and data to understand design factors, while gaining exposure to advanced technical processes.

What You Bring to the Table
To thrive in this role, here’s what we’re looking for:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Solid communication and organizational skills for efficient document workflow processes.
Preferred
+ Experience working with or modifying documents using Adobe (PDF) tools.
+ Background with CAD software or engineering-related programs.
+ Familiarity with document control processes, MRP/ERP systems, or PDM tasks.
