As a Recruiter II, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientations for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and manage employee status changes. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience. You will rely on your extensive experience and judgment to achieve goals and may lead and direct the work of others, demanding creativity and latitude. You will typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Responsibilities
+ Process candidates and manage their language assessments, review, and pipeline them, constituting 50% of the role.
+ Interact with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and hiring managers, which accounts for 20% of the role.
+ Perform data entry tasks, making up 10% of the role.
+ Engage in focused, independent work, which is 20% of the role.
Essential Skills
+ 3-7 years of technical sourcing experience.
+ Proficiency in technical recruiting, sourcing, and using ATS.
+ Experience working with large tech companies.
+ Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and ability to navigate different platforms.
+ Ability to write Boolean strings.
+ Demonstrated candidate engagement and stakeholder experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience as a tech recruiter.
+ Background in linguistics or AI.
+ Experience working with large language models.
+ Experience with AI technologies.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $48.00/hr.
