    Career Opportunity:

    Identify and recover commodities as per production needs of the sort line operation. Maintain an organized and clean workstation. Maintain an organized and clean sort system and improve housekeeping at the general facility. Know and keep the organization\u2019s core values. Responsible for maintaining a safe work culture.

    How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:

    * Picks commodities from moving conveyor belts as per production needs.

    * Cleans workstation during production downtime.

    * Cleans sort system before and after production time.

    * Supports general housekeeping of the plant facility.

    * Performs other general job duties as needed.

    * Supports maintenance team with general preventative maintenance and inspections.

    * Active participation in Health and Safety Programs.

    * Perform all the following functions in accordance with WestRock safety practices JHA\u2019s, policies, and procedures. Report all safety related issues in accordance with our reporting policy.

    What you need to succeed:

    * Must have ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

    * Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

    * Must be able to maintain good attendance.

    * Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

    * Must comply with PPE policy.

    * Must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access workstation.
