    Overview:

    This is a Full Time position at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24hr with benefits including:

    Responsibilities:

    The Operations Division is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and experienced individual to join the team as a full time Sr Supervisor. You will oversee the safe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs, maintenance and upkeep of the waterpark, and supervision of aquatics staff.

    Qualifications:

    + Must be at least 21 years of age

    + 2+yearsof Operations/Aquatics supervisoryexperience or background

    + High School Diplomaor GED isa must

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Possess the ability to handle confidential information without divulging contents to peers and coworkers

    + Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

    + Able to handle confidential information responsibly

    + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

    + Able to work flexible/rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

    + Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

    + E&A International Lifeguard Training Program® certification

    + ILTP® Instructor (must be obtained if hired)

    + Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent (must be obtained if hired)

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + Ability to inspire and motivate team members to work together and exceed expectations

    + Ability to pass background check and drug screening
